Professor Joram Ndlovo
UNIVERSITY OF KWAZULU-NATAL

A highly talented and enthusiastic Tourism specialist with a great deal of experience in conducting lectures at tertiary level, examining students and supervision of research projects at undergraduate and post graduate levels. I am a Class 1 Chef. I am a self-motivated and dedicated professional who is accustomed to working under pressure both autonomously and in teams. My working career in Zimbabwe, Namibia and South Africa has broadened my experience and knowledge in tourism to adapt to changing circumstances. I have worked with students from diverse backgrounds and cultural environments. My main goal is to work with more Post Graduate students supervising and mentoring them on research projects and consultancy work as a form of community engagement. This will help me to unlock my potential and demonstrate my enterprising community development orientation to uplift the livelihoods of previously disadvantaged groups in South Africa through Tourism.
